About Us
Amplify Education is a newly formed multi-academy trust of 22 schools in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, created through the thoughtful and planned merger of TiLA and CST. A bold voice for Bristol, we build belief in every young person, expand opportunities, nurture potential and strengthen citizenship. If you’re looking for a Trust that is ambitious, reflective and collaborative, Amplify Education could be the perfect place for you.
We invite you to join our team at Trinity Academy. Trinity is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for an exceptional teacher to join us in our mission.
How to apply
We are committed to creating an inclusive working environment. If you are excited about this role and can demonstrate many but not all of the requirements on the job description and/or person specification, we would encourage you to apply as you may just be the person we are looking for.
• Please complete our application form by Midnight on Tuesday 31st March 2026
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview during the week commencing 20th April 2026 at Trinity Academy
• All candidates selected for interview will be advised of the outcome of their application following the closing date.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All posts at Amplify Education are subject to pre-employment checks incl, but not limited to, initial and periodic enhanced level checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Applications are welcome from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or religious belief, sex or sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability or age, and maternity, marital or civil partner status. We particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups.
The School may carry out online searches on shortlisted applicants and all applicants will be required to provide details of their online profile, including social media account names/handles, as part of the interview process.
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending an interview (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
Commitment to safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. The post is subject to satisfactory completion of all vetting checks including the provision of two strong references and an enhanced DBS check.
