Job responsibility:
Collaborate with senior management to develop social media and PR strategies aligned with product offerings, promotions, and community needs.
Create, edit, and distribute promotional content (e.g., posters, press releases, videos) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to reach target customers.
Represent the brand in online interactions, community events, and media relations to manage feedback and enhance the supermarket’s local reputation.
Plan and execute online and offline community activities (e.g., promotions, charity events, tastings) to boost customer engagement and sales.
Monitor campaign metrics using data tools, evaluate effectiveness, and provide reports with recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
2+ years in social media operations or PR; experience in retail, FMCG, or community services is preferred.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Chinese.
Proficient in the operational rules of major social media platforms.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to guide business decisions through analysis.
