Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
? Answer incoming phone calls professionally
? Provide initial advice and guidance to customers about our products
? Greet customers and handle general enquiries
Administration
? Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks
? Support the team with paperwork and record keeping
? Assist with general office organisation
Digital Marketing & Social Media
? Create and schedule social media posts
? Take photos of products for use on social media and the website
? Promote products across social platforms and online channels
? Support improvements to the company’s online presence
? Assist with basic website updates where required
Stock & Inventory
? Help manage inventory levels
? Assist with picking and packing orders when needed
