RW Simon Ltd is a progressive and expanding manufacturer of ventilation products and aluminium extrusions.
We are looking to recruit a shop floor operator for the assembly of Louvre panels in accordance with RW Simons procedures, manufacturing instructions, specifications and customer requirements. Working in a small cell ensuring all delivery requirements are met, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Assembly - You will be working on the production line assembling various products ranging in size and weight to set daily targets.
Packing - You will be packing products before despatch, carrying out visual quality checks, and ensuring paperwork is completed.
Experience and Skills
You will ideally have experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Be able to work to targets in a fast paced environment
Be dexterous in work carried out
Ideally experienced in drills and pneumatic machinery
Work well off own initiative
Fork lift license and driver’s license would be advantageous
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday & 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays
Pay: £12.28 per hour (March rate) - £12.78 per hour (April rate)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
