Looking for a role where no two days are the same?

A specialist provision near South Molton is seeking SEN Support Workers to support pupils aged 4–19 with complex learning difficulties, including PMLD, physical disabilities and sensory processing needs.

This highly supportive environment includes sensory rooms, therapy spaces and structured life-skills learning.

The Role Includes:

• Supporting personal care where required

  
  

• Assisting with sensory-based learning

  
  

• Supporting communication through PECS/Makaton

  
  

• Encouraging independence and life skills

  
  

  Ideal Background:

  • Experience in care, SEND or support roles

    
    

  • Comfortable supporting complex needs

    
    

  • Compassionate and proactive attitude

    
    

  • School or residential experience desirable

    
    

    Pay: £88.99 – £95 per day
