1. Service Delivery
Deliver high-quality services to residents by contributing to project performance and meeting internal and external standards.
1.1 Under key worker arrangements, support a caseload of residents to identify their aspirations and develop the skills needed for independent, fulfilling lives.
1.2 Provide one-to-one support, co-produce group activities, and work collaboratively with residents towards independence based on their needs and goals.
1.3 Encourage and motivate residents to explore education, employment, volunteering, and training opportunities.
1.4 Promote personal responsibility, engagement with services, and the development of community networks to support long-term independence.
1.5 Actively seek and value residents’ views to help shape service delivery.
1.6 Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant records of residents’ progress, strengths, risks, and outcomes.
1.7 Record progress, challenges, and incidents clearly.
1.8 Attend and contribute to internal and external reviews, assessments, and referrals.
1.9 Produce case studies and reports within required timescales.
1.10 Work with partner agencies and signpost residents to relevant services.

2. Policy, Practice, and Service Development
Follow organisational policies and contribute to continuous improvement.
2.1 Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
2.2 Maintain safeguarding and trauma-informed practice, respecting professional boundaries.
2.3 Assess and monitor risks, supporting residents to stay safe while progressing towards outcomes.
2.4 Record and report safeguarding concerns, incidents, and accidents appropriately.
3. Housing Management
Support effective property management and compliance with regulations.
3.1 Guide residents in managing licence agreements and adhering to accommodation rules.
3.2 Maintain knowledge of housing and welfare benefits to support residents effectively.
3.3 Address non-compliance issues, using restorative approaches and teamwork.
3.4 Contribute to duty management and ensure site health and safety.
3.5 Respond to agency enquiries and support the assessment and onboarding of new residents.
3.6 Assist with rental income collection, including benefits and arrears.
3.7 Support admissions and departures, completing all required administration.
3.8 Maintain positive community relations and manage incidents effectively.
3.9 Assist in preparing accommodation for new residents.
3.10 Help maintain cleanliness and report repairs, ensuring timely responses and complaint handling.
4. Collaborative Working
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes.
4.1 Participate in rota cover and prioritise personal safety.
4.2 Use assessment tools effectively and maintain accurate records on relevant systems.
