We are a provider of specialist residential care in Liverpool for adults aged 18 to 65 with learning disabilities and associated mental health needs. As a family-run company, we offer excellent support to our team members, prioritising effective communication and creating a warm, caring, and welcoming environment for our residents.

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team. We are a care home for 6 adults with Learning Disabilities. This rewarding role involves actively promoting independent living while providing personalised care and maintaining a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and support residents to live safely and independently.
• Serve as a link between Residents, Staff, Families, and Professionals
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring quality care delivery.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, medication, and meal preparation.
• Support access to community based activities and appointments.
• Develop keyworker relationships and contribute to individual personal care and support programmes.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
• Understanding of residential care and national standards.
• Positive, caring, and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable people.
• Ability to follow care and support plans, risk assessments, and maintain effective communication with individuals.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and a suitable qualification (preferably NVQ level 2)
• Current Enhance Criminal Disclosure required.
