You’ll lead a room where the focus is on building confidence, independence, and social skills so children are genuinely ready for school.
Before You Apply
- This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- You must have recent experience leading or supervising within a nursery room.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a nursery setting
- Previous experience leading a room or small team
- Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

- Lead the day-to-day running of a nursery room
- Plan and oversee activities that support learning and development
- Guide and support room staff to maintain consistent practice
- Monitor children’s progress and ensure accurate observations
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards
- Build clear, professional relationships with parents and carers
