Location: East Riding College, Bridlington
TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

We are now looking for someone who shares that commitment to join us in the role of E-Learning Resources Centre Supervisor.
About the role
In this supervisory role, you will lead and support the eLearning Resources Centre (eLC) team by overseeing performance, providing training, and ensuring effective deployment through well‑managed staff timetables. You will work closely with the Head of Faculty’s, to maintain strong links between the eLC and teaching teams, and you will deliver inductions for new staff.
You will be responsible for monitoring service standards, producing reports, and using data from the Library Management System (LMS) to drive improvements. The role also includes tracking budget expenditure and contributing to ongoing service development. As part of your wider responsibilities, you will uphold safeguarding, equality, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, complete required training, and perform additional duties as needed to ensure the service's successful operation.
About the person
We are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant field, such as information and library services, IT, digital learning or education and support. The successful candidate will have strong digital skills, and experience supporting learners in an educational or customer‑focused environment. You should have hands-on experience with Virtual Learning Environments (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Teams) and Library Management Systems, as well as solid Microsoft 365 skills and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
You will bring proven experience supervising or leading a small team, delivering inductions or training, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication, organisation, and data-handling skills are essential, along with an understanding of safeguarding, GDPR, and inclusive practice.
Desirable qualifications include Level 4+ study, teaching or training credentials, and experience with assistive technologies, digital resources, e‑assessment tools, or FE/HE quality processes.
