Swansea University School of Law delivers a suite of well-established undergraduate Law degrees as well as specialist LLM programmes including an LLM Law and Legal Practice and an LLM Professional Legal Practice. We are a thriving academic community of students and scholars, with a focus on providing our students with a variety of experiential learning opportunities, including the opportunity to volunteer at our Law Clinic. We are looking to appoint a temporary Lecturer who can deliver teaching and assessment in Criminal Law, Criminal Litigation, Criminal Practice (including Police station procedure) together with a range of professional practice skills including Advocacy, Interviewing, Research, Drafting, Case & Matter Analysis and Letter Writing.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver teaching and assessment, provide student support and engage in other activities to support the professional LLM programmes and the School of Law more broadly.
This is a 12-month post covering maternity leave, available from 1 July 2026.
