About the Role:
As a School Caretaker you will play a vital part in ensuring school premises are safe, clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am until 4pm
By joining us as a School Caretaker you will benefit from:
- Pay between £18 - £20 per hour per hour, depending on experience, inclusive of holiday pay
- Paid via PAYE
- Flexible work to suit your availability
- A dedicated local consultant offering ongoing, personal support
- Free safeguarding training and continuous professional development
School Caretaker Requirements:
- Previous caretaking, maintenance or site management experience
- Ability to carry out basic repairs, maintenance, and security tasks
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliability and a proactive attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding and school safety
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate (we can support you in obtaining this)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and codes of practice in relation to facilities management
- GCSE's in Maths and English
