Main duties will include: To conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks. To undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration to areas of the service as requested. To ensure that the security features of the service are maintained, including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV and other features where fitted. To carry out basic repairs internally and externally.
