Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries effectively, providing expert guidance as a Vehicle Service Advisor
- Qualify vehicle service needs and identify issues accurately
- Clearly explain required work to customers and obtain authorisation
- Manage workshop loading systems efficiently
- Oversee loan vehicle handovers and related administration
- Ensure all documentation and system updates are accurate, adhering to manufacturer standards
- Follow all health and safety policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar position within the motor trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills with a professional manner suitable for a Vehicle Service Advisor
- Competence in numeracy, literacy, and IT systems
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
- Knowledge of dealership management systems such as Pinnacle or Kerridge is desirable
- Previous experience within a retail dealership environment is advantageous
