What You’ll Be Doing:
Winning New Business
- Proactively identify and target new opportunities within eCommerce, retail, and online marketplace sectors
- Engage with brands requiring end-to-end, from storage through to final delivery
- Build tailored proposals aligned to client volumes, operational needs, and commercial objectives
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements
- Consistently deliver against revenue targets and growth KPIs
- Growing & Managing Account
- Managing Your Pipelin
- Working Cross-Functionally
- Building Partnerships & Market Presence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in business development, ideally in supply chain and/or logistics
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close and grow accounts
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management skills
- Driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
