About the Role
This varied and rewarding role holds responsibility to:
• Administrative support to the SEND team
• Maintaining accurate SEND records
• Coordinating EHCP processes
• Communication with parents, external agencies and appropriate colleagues, being the first point of contact to help provide a seamless service
• Supporting provision mapping and monitoring
This is a frontline role where no two days are the same—you’ll use your judgement, initiative and excellent people skills to keep things running smoothly and provide a warm and welcoming service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above
• Experience working in an office or administrative environment
• Strong IT and keyboard skills
• Excellent organisation and time‑management
• A calm, professional and empathetic manner when dealing with sensitive topics
• The ability to prioritise, multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Location: Brymore Academy
20 hours per week (Mon - Fri), 38 weeks per year, Permanent.
Salary: Band 4, Points 5-6. Actual starting salary: £11,487.98 per annum
