Need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. They will need to be able to work within a team effectively and share work where appropriate Be able to work to high standards and will be required to take personal details from people and upload onto the electronic client record system (Rio/Inform) Build and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to develop partner engagement and understanding of the service have proven knowledge of support needs of people with mental health needs Ensure governance and confidentiality guidelines and requirements are fully adhered to, processing all communications appropriately within guidelines
