Key Responsibilities The Practice Nurse will support the delivery of a range of clinical services including: Chronic disease management clinics (e.g. Diabetes / Asthma / COPD) Learning Disability health checks reviews and assessments Immunisation and vaccination programmes (adult and childhood) Womens health services including cervical cytology and contraception advice Wound care including doppler assessments
