What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration
- Recent nursing home experience in older people’s care
- Previous Clinical Lead Nurse or senior nurse experience
- Good knowledge of dementia care and complex healthcare needs
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical compliance
- Experience supervising or supporting nursing and care staff

- Oversee clinical practice across the nursing home and support nurses on shift
- Monitor care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal quality procedures
- Support the management team with audits, supervision and clinical guidance
- Coordinate care for residents with dementia and complex healthcare needs
- Respond to clinical concerns and maintain safe standards of care
