Crynodeb
To provide a high standard of individualised patient-centred care to patients with a progressing and life limiting illness. You will need experience in a wide range of core Physiotherapy skills. This job will require the job holder to work flexibly as a member of a speciality based team, under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Therapists. The post holder will be required to undertake skilled and effective communication with patients and their relatives as well as the wider multi-disciplinary team The post holder will work flexibly across community, inpatient and wellbeing services offered to patients of Woking and Sam Beare Hospice.
