Summary
Teaching Assistant – SEN School (Windlesham)
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday–Friday, term‑time
Contract: Long‑term, potential to go permanent
We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils mainly across KS2. No previous SEN experience needed — just patience, reliability and a genuine desire to help children.
Role Includes:
Supporting pupils aged 4–16 with autism
Helping with learning activities
Encouraging independence and positive behaviour
Working with teachers and therapists
