DKR IT CONSULTING is seeking a seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support end-user computing environments and assist in delivering high-quality IT support services. This role provides advanced troubleshooting, deployment support, and technical assistance for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, technically skilled, and comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure technology systems operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• 5+ years of experience supporting complex IT systems in a corporate environment.
• Strong experience with desktop support, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Field incoming service requests and deliver timely solutions.
• Evaluate user needs, identify technical problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide both remote and in-person support to end users.
• Assist users with software installations, operating system updates, and configuration
• Deploy and configure new or refreshed computers and peripherals.
• Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for end-user technology.
• Support operating system deployments and third-party application updates.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and workstation setup.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for conference room technology and AV equipment.
• Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration systems function reliably.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, device deployment, and system updates.
• Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technologies.
• Understanding of basic networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking systems.
• Support lifecycle management of end-user equipment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a 12 months contract role to be performed in the London Office, UK
