SALARY: £29,247 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hyde, Tameside, Greater Manchester
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Service Advisor include:
• Process Customer Orders: Accurately and promptly manage orders ensuring smooth workflow to dispatch
• Handle Customer Enquiries: Respond to general queries to maximise customer satisfaction
• Resolve Customer Complaints: Manage issues through to resolution ensuring the best possible outcome
• Maintain Accurate Records: Record key information for follow-up and order tracking
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with customers and partners
• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Area Sales Managers to enhance customer experience
• Provide After-Sales Support: Ensure post-order service is as effective as pre-order engagement
• Communicate Order Updates: Inform customers of delays, stock issues or changes
• Coordinate Returns and Replacements: Arrange collections and replacement orders where required
• Support Business Strategy: Contribute to team objectives and commercial communications
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Numerate, accurate and highly organised
• Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain product knowledge
• Proactive approach with a positive, “can do” attitude
