Crynodeb
This fantastic opportunity will provide direct support to a portfolio of Children’s Childcare and Education settings. You will be working collaboratively with settings and a team that work across the whole of England. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and a pro-active approach are a must for this role.
Responsibilities:
- To implement the Alliance’s marketing strategy for our early years settings and achieve occupancy targets
- To ensure that the marketing strategy is understood by Early Years Managers, and they are supported to implement the strategy locally.
- To coordinate marketing activities that increase awareness of the Alliance’s early years offer.
- To increase quality of and visitors to the early year’s Alliance website and other platforms.
- Ensure that social media accounts are active and relevant and high quality
- To support with the advertising and promotion of vacancies for Alliance Early Years settings.
- To be responsible for the centralised enquiry system and that the system results in higher conversion rates and increase in occupancy in the Alliance Settings
About you:
- You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a team player but can work using own initiative.
- Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks while being passionate about delivering to a high standard.
- A willingness to challenge and learn and manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential skills and qualities:
- Proven experience of supporting and implementing successful marketing strategies or campaigns.
- Strong communications experience, including using digital media.
- A recognised marketing qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work within set budgets.
- Knowledge of how to prioritise the work that will deliver the most effective returns.
- Understanding and commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity and equality.
- Able to travel across the country and attend occasional evening and weekend meetings.
