Telesales Executive – £29,500 + Commission (OTE ~£35,000)
We’re looking for a confident and driven Telesales Executive to join our friendly and ambitious sales team. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting targets, and working in a supportive, team-focused environment — this could be the role for you.
The Role
You’ll be joining a team of five experienced salespeople, working together to drive business growth. This is a varied telesales position involving:
Contacting existing customers to maintain and grow relationships
Making cold and warm calls to generate new business
Managing opportunities and updating systems while speaking with clients
Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets
Salary & Benefits
£29,500 base salary
Commission (OTE approx. £35,000)
Commission is team-based, meaning everyone benefits from overall sales performance
24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Supportive and sociable team environment
⏰ Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)

A solid background in sales, ideally within a telesales environment
Confidence in making outbound calls (cold, warm, and existing customers)
Strong multitasking skills — comfortable using systems while speaking on the phone
An outgoing, personable attitude with a good sense of humour
