Proactively contacting warm leads
Understanding customer needs, asking questions and being inquisitive
Following up opportunities, checking in with customers and sending information
Building rapport and positive relationships with customers
Supporting the scheduling team by providing all relevant information
Updating the CRM accurately and consistently
We are looking for a Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience…
Experienced in a phone-based position and happy to call people
Self-managing, self-motivated, driven and hungry for continued success
Ability and interest in building relationships with all enquiries
A genuine interest in wanting to help people with the right solution
Ideally some experience or an interest in working to and achieving sales targets
Honest, trustworthy and a team player that takes pride in their work
In return, the successful Sales Advisor will receive a basic salary of £27,000, plus the following benefits…
