Junior Office Administrator
About Us
Growing is in our nature. Over 50 years ago, we started life as a small family farm with a handful of people and a modest range of crops. Today, we’re a global farming and food business working thousands of acres and employing thousands of people around the world to grow, process, pack and market a range of fresh produce. Supplying our premium produce to some of the UK’s leading retailers and restaurants, we are very proud of what we do and how we do it. With our impressive green credentials, we truly are committed to sustainability, demonstrating continued investment in the latest technologies to help maintain our carbon neutral footprint.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn new skills, gain real work experience, and start building a career in a professional office environment.
You don’t need previous office experience — we’ll provide full training. What matters most is that you’re organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
You’ll be working with a supportive team who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to grow in an office role.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Helping with general office administration tasks
• Organising and updating documents, files, and records
• Assisting with preparing documents and basic reports
• Responding to general enquiries and directing them to the right person
• Supporting the team with scheduling meetings and appointments
• Helping different teams with administrative support when needed
• Assisting with office projects and day-to-day tasks
Skills and Attributes
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritise work effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No Experience? No Problem!
If you’re interested in this role but don’t have previous office experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We understand that everyone has to start somewhere, and we’re happy to support someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.
If you are organised, comfortable using a computer, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity to start building your career in an office environment.
Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by a friendly team who want to see you succeed.
