We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Chichester!
Contract Information:
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 9am to 10pm
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
SIA Licence: Door Supervisor or Security Guarding + CCTV licence.
Your Time at Work
As a Security Officer, CCTV is a large percentage of the role, but patrols and tenant interaction are a requirement. Other duties include:
- Greeting staff and visitors
- Controlling access in and out of the building
- Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are being adhered to
- Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents
- Dealing with first aid and incident reporting

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems.
Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
