This role is ideal for a confident early years professional ready to lead a room, support a team, and ensure high-quality care and education for children.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a nursery room effectively
• Plan and implement EYFS-based activities
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Supervise and support junior staff members
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
What We’re Looking For
• Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
