Location: Leeds
Contract: Temporary to Permanent | Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) | Term Time Only

Salary: £90 - £100 per day
We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH provision in Leeds. This role involves supporting Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils who are unable to access mainstream education, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to re-engage with learning.
The position focuses on supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies through structured routines, movement breaks, and tailored regulation techniques. You will play a key role in building trusting relationships with pupils while providing both 1:1 and small group support within a calm, supportive learning environment.
