We are seeking a skilled and passionate Behaviour and Learning Mentor to support pupils across school with engagement, relationships and emotional regulation, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and successful.
You will play a leading role in celebrating and reinforcing positive behaviour each day, while further embedding our whole-school approach to the Zones of Regulation.
Why Join Manston?

Work in classrooms across school to support pupils and reward positive behaviours
Take the lead for our school councils
Respond to children who are dysregulated or disengaged, helping them to re-focus and re-join learning

Work alongside class teachers, the SENDCo, Safeguarding and Welfare Officer and SLT to identify needs and implement support
Liaise with parents and external agencies as needed
