What skills and experience we're looking for

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking, committed and friendly team. Required to start as soon as possible, the Governors of Beighton Nursery Infant School wish to appoint an experienced, dedicated and flexible Office Manager, who has the skillset to make a difference to our school. This is a permanent 41 week contract.

As Office Manager, you will hold a key post of responsibility within the school, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office, the hub of the school, and providing high quality and effective administrative support for the school leadership team.

The successful candidate will

• Have the appropriate qualifications or experience
• Have high expectations of themselves and others
• Provide a range of business support and service
• Demonstrate they have the ability to manage a busy office, allocating work to meet service delivery
• Supervise, train and develop staff
• Develop systems and processes
• Be responsible for data analysis and reporting
• Undertake complex administration and financial procedures
• Be exceptionally organised, proactive and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
