We are looking for a passionate Advertising and marketing executives to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
A successful Advertising and marketing executives must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate online leads.
• Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and PPC campaigns, analysing key performance metrics to maximise return on investment (ROI).
• Manage and update the organisation’s website and landing pages, ensuring content is engaging, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
• Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to promote training courses and services.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and produce reports with insights and recommendations.
• Create and manage digital content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials to support online campaigns.
• Plan and implement online advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Generate and nurture online leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, and website enquiries.
• Organise and promote webinars, online information sessions, and virtual marketing events to engage prospective learners.
• Build and maintain relationships with local libraries and Jobcentre Plus (JCP) through regular meetings and outreach activities to promote training opportunities and services.
• Liaise with stakeholders, community partners, and external vendors to enhance the organisation’s online visibility and community engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Centre to review marketing strategies, prepare budgets, and monitor marketing expenditure.
• Track and evaluate campaign success using digital KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Demonstrate strong digital copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support related to digital marketing activities, campaign reporting, and student engagement initiatives.

Educational Background
Candidates Must have a qualification in a relevant field such as:
• Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Business Management
• Communications or Media
• Public Relations
Common qualifications in the UK include:
• Master’s degree from any of the above discipline (preferred but not always essential)
• Level 3–5 Diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Professional certifications (e.g., digital marketing or analytics)
Professional Experience:
Ideally 1–3+ years of experience in areas such as:
• Digital marketing or online campaign management
• Social media marketing and content creation
• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar tools)
• Managing PPC campaigns such as Google Ads
• Website content management (CMS systems like WordPress)
• Marketing within education, training providers, or recruitment sectors
• Experience working with community organisations like Jobcentre Plus or local community groups is also valuable.
