We’re looking for a Part-Time Department Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our Estates Team — a pivotal role ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities operations across the College.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working collaboratively in a vibrant educational environment.
What You’ll Be DoingKeeping the Estates Department running smoothly through proactive coordination and organisationProviding high-level administrative support to the Administration Team Leader and Head of FacilitiesManaging key systems for job requests, fault reporting, incidents and departmental resourcesSupporting and supervising administrative team members, including onboarding new staffAssisting with budget monitoring and processing financial transactions in line with College systems and regulationsAttending and minuting departmental meetings, ensuring clear records and follow-up actions
