Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm

The Role
We are recruiting a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to work at a commercial site in Broadclyst, Exeter.
This is a part-time, weekday-only role — ideal for someone looking for consistent morning work with stable hours.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across office and communal areas, ensuring the environment is clean, safe and presentable at all times.
Key Duties
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
Emptying waste bins and managing waste disposal
Cleaning desks, chairs and surfaces
Cleaning toilets, urinals and wash basins
Carpet vacuuming and spot cleaning
Operating scrubbing and polishing machines where required
Internal window and glass cleaning
Replenishing consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls)
Carrying out periodic deep cleans and heavy-duty tasks
Using cleaning chemicals safely in line with COSHH guidelines
Moving furniture and equipment when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and presentable when interacting with site staff
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
This is a straightforward, steady role with a reputable facilities management provider.
