Crynodeb
We are looking to appoint a professional and welcoming Administration Assistant to be first point of contact for all visitors and callers to our site. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations. You will be responsible for managing reception and telephone duties and assisting visitors, handling deliveries and general day to day tasks.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring all safeguarding and security procedures are followed, arranging school trips, producing weekly newsletter, maintaining first aid records, managing Wraparound bookings and payments, ordering of day to day items and administering first aid to pupils.
This is a part time role of 22 hours per week over 3 days, term time only (39 weeks per year). You should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A good level of literacy and numeracy, ideally supported with a minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent, including Maths and English or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong IT skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A discreet, friendly and professional manner.
