ensure that those experiencing or at risk of homelessness have high-quality, secure accommodation and the supportive relationships
they need to thrive.




Our Supported Housing team provides person-centred accommodation to young people and vulnerable adults across Nottingham and the
surrounding areas, including Ashfield, Mansfield, Worksop, and Goole.




In our commitment to continuously enhance our practices, provide a voice to our young people, and establish a culture of
excellence across our Supported Housing service, we are seeking a Housing Operations Manager to oversee Service Delivery for the
Supported Housing Department in the Northern region.




The Opportunity: Housing Operations Manager




As the Housing Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the service delivery and performance of our accommodation services
across Ashfield, Mansfield, Worksop, and Goole. Your role will involve meeting and achieving a range of regulated quality
assurance standards, including Ofsted and Regulated Housing standards. You will lead service delivery teams, ensuring they provide
effective tenancy support and achieve key performance metrics.




As our new Operations Manager, you will:

* Lead and manage teams to ensure optimal outcomes for our Residents.
* Oversee stakeholder relationships and develop strategic partnerships with internal and external organisations.
* Facilitate resident involvement in decision-making processes and enhance engagement to drive positive outcomes.
* Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and financial sustainability to maximise income and minimise voids.

✅ You’ll Need:

* Proven leadership experience in supported housing or residential childcare.
* A strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks related to Ofsted and Regulator of Social Housing standards.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a Senior Leadership Team and across various departments.
* Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
* Commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
* Level 4 in Housing Management, or willingness to complete the course. We are happy to support you if you are currently studying
this qualification.
* A UK driving license and access to your own car are required to travel between the four sites you will manage. Expect to be
“out and about” weekly, ensuring you are hands-on and visible within each of your teams.
