Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RIS Registered Manager to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality services and care in a fast-paced environment. As the RIS Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and operations of our registered services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks and industry standards. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated staff to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that our clients receive personalized and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a comprehensive understanding of care regulations and a passion for improving service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and developing strategic initiatives that enhance the overall experience of our clients. Additionally, you will engage with families and stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding expectations. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of registered services to ensure compliance with care regulations and quality standards.
Lead and manage the team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of care practices to ensure adherence to internal and external policies.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Engage with clients and their families to address concerns and feedback effectively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including health professionals and regulatory bodies, to enhance service collaboration and care quality.
Requirements
Proven experience in care management, preferably in a registered setting.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in the care industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
A relevant qualification in health and social care management or equivalent would be advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in care practices.

Pay Per Day: £244.46
