About the Role
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students who require additional guidance to thrive within the classroom. Many students supported in this role may experience:
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Communication and speech difficulties
• ADHD and concentration challenges
• Social and emotional barriers to learning
You will work both within the classroom and through targeted interventions, helping students improve confidence, engagement, and academic progress.
Working alongside experienced teachers and SEN specialists, you will play a key role in helping students feel supported, understood, and empowered to succeed.
