We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to deliver high-quality Facilities Management services across designated client locations.
All operations must meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and standards defined within the Facilities Management Roles and Responsibilities framework.
This role plays a key part in supporting site functions, driving service excellence, and maintaining consistently high levels of compliance and performance.
Location: London, WC1V 6EA - (Hybrid role, with travel to Milton Keynes, North London, Birmingham, Northampton, Warrington, Crewe, Nottingham and Andover)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong FM background who can manage regional teams, oversee operational delivery, and act as a trusted point of escalation.
The role requires close liaison with senior site stakeholders, upstream reporting to both ISS and the client, and the ability to provide guidance - even out of hours - where required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage building and office services in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Implement the Account FM strategy to deliver service excellence, aligned with ISS principles.
Ensure security officer licences and vetting requirements are maintained across the account.
Develop employee engagement using ISS tools to build a competent and motivated workforce.
Deliver against ISS KPIs relating to Health & Safety, Employee Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, and Operating Margins.
Liaise with Senior Site Management on building service issues and attend site forums as required.
Manage Regional P&L, authorising purchase orders, callouts, and overtime to ensure full cost recovery and operation within approved budgets.
Monitor and control budgets through monthly finance meetings.
Facilitate compliance with client corporate security standards and support Senior Site Managers in maintaining these standards.
Ensure statutory compliance across all responsible areas, achieving 100% monthly completions with evidence of correct execution.
Report monthly on maintenance and reactive performance for designated sites.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Solid background in Facilities Management.
Security knowledge beneficial but not essential.
Proven team management experience.
Strong Health & Safety and compliance experience.
Ability to manage multi-site operations and stakeholders.
Commercially aware.
Strong communicator with effective senior-level engagement skills.
