SWIM SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
Aspire Leisure Centre
3.5 hours per week – Wednesdays, 3:30pm–7:00pm
Aspire Leisure Centre is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Swim School Administrator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and helping to create a positive experience for our
swim school families. You will play an important role supporting the smooth running of our swimming lesson programme while
providing excellent customer service to our swimmers and their parents.
Aspire is a national charity that works with people with spinal cord injuries to create opportunity, choice and independence. Our
leisure centre is an important part of that mission, providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone in our
community.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Managing administration for the swim school programme
* Supporting customers with enquiries at reception and over the phone
* Assisting with lesson bookings and general swim school administration
* Providing cover for swimming lessons when required
* Working closely with the Swim School Coordinator, Duty Managers, Lifeguards and Swim Teachers
* Ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all customers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, organised and confident dealing with customers
* Able to work proactively and independently
* Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* A qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience using Swimsoft lesson management software
* First Aid at Work qualification
* RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification
