Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Location: Glasgow

Rate: £250 per day

Contract Length: Ongoing contract

The Role: Are you a qualified Asbestos Surveyor or Analyst seeking a long-term contract? We are seeking a versatile professional to manage an ongoing contract based in the Glasgow area.

Your workload will offer great variety, consisting of a diverse mixture of both housing and commercial properties. As a multi-skilled professional, your duties will involve conducting management surveys as prescribed in HSG264, taking necessary samples for suspected ACMs, and accurately documenting properties in-site. Alongside this, you will perform essential analytical duties such as airborne fibre monitoring, reassurance air tests, and clearance works.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • You must hold a BOHS P402 or P403/P404 certifications (or S301/CCP equivalent).
  • You must have a demonstrable post-qualification track record, with proven experience working across both commercial and residential building types.
  • This will be a fully independent role, meaning you must be highly experienced in working under your own initiative, managing your own weekly workload, and submitting reports in a timely manner.
  • You must possess your own transportation, the necessary survey toolkit (including ladders), a half-mask, and a recent face-fit test certification.
