Crynodeb

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced refurbishment project at a school in North London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, coordinating trades, ensuring work is completed in line with programme deadlines and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.

Duties will include:

    • Managing daily site operations and supervising multiple trades
    • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
    • Coordinating external and internal refurbishment works
    • Monitoring progress and ensuring works meet drawings and specifications
    • Maintaining site standards and minimising defects or snags

    Requirements:

      • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on refurbishment or fit-out projects
      • Strong knowledge of site health & safety
      • Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills

      Essential Certifications:

        • SMSTS (current)
        • CSCS Card
        • Enhanced DBS (required due to working within a school environment)

        Working Hours:

          • Occasional Saturday work may be required
