Summary
It continues to be busy, especially now the spring sun has come. I'm looking for a Senior Site Manager.
I'm looking for an ambitious Senior Site Manager who is able to lead a fit out of office fit out. It's a office fit out valued at circa £10m. The project is due to kick off ASAP so we are looking for the right person now as there will be an interview process where you will meet the PD. It's duration is around 5 months so its an full Cat A to Handover programme so we will need someone who can work at a fast tempo.
Responsibilities for our Senior Site Manager role
- Oversee day to day operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the programme
- Manager a team of site managers, subcontractors and trades
- Drive the onsite health & Safety standard and ensure full site compliance
- Strong leadership and organisational skill
- Monitor quality, programme and productivity across the build coordinating with the Project Manager
Requirements for SENIOR SITE MANAGER
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid at Work
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects with a Tier 1
