Sort Line Operative - Immediate Start
Location: Musselburgh - EH21 8PZ
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1700
About the Role
A leading waste management and recycling company, is looking for reliable and safety-conscious Sort Line Operatives to join our team in Musselburgh area.
Your Responsibilities
Operate waste processing machinery and equipment safely
Manually sort recyclable materials on a conveyor line
Sweep and clean work areas to maintain site cleanliness
Follow site rules and health & safety protocols at all times
Wear full PPE and adhere to hygiene standards
Assist with general yard duties as required
Record and report any incidents or hazards immediately
Attend toolbox talks and follow company procedures

Ability to work in an indoor environment and perform manual tasks
Good communication skills for safety instructions and team coordination
Team player with a positive attitude
Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
