We’re looking for a Part-Time Department Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our Estates Team — a pivotal role ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities operations across the College.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working collaboratively in a vibrant educational environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Keeping the Estates Department running smoothly through proactive coordination and organisation
Providing high-level administrative support to the Administration Team Leader and Head of Facilities
Managing key systems for job requests, fault reporting, incidents and departmental resources
Supporting and supervising administrative team members, including onboarding new staff
Assisting with budget monitoring and processing financial transactions in line with College systems and regulations
Attending and minuting departmental meetings, ensuring clear records and follow-up actions

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Has strong administrative and coordination experience
Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Has experience supporting financial processes and budget monitoring
Is comfortable using databases and financial systems
Has strong communication skills and the confidence to supervise others
Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
