Become an essential member of the Cove Pod Customer Service Team at Exeter Airport

Are you energetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a bustling airport setting? Exeter Airport
is seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join our vibrant Cove Pod customer service team. This is a fixed-term
opportunity, running from April to September, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing laws and must have reliable access to transport for early shifts starting from
2:30am.

About the Role

* Welcome and assist Cove Pod guests, creating a friendly and positive environment for travellers and visitors
* Respond to customer queries regarding Cove Pod facilities, flight times, and local amenities, offering relevant information and
directions
* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Cove Pod services, suggesting features and highlighting local attractions
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Cove Pod public areas, replenish information points, and ensure signage is clear
and up to date
* Comply with strict health, safety, and security procedures (full training provided)
* Work closely with fellow Cove Pod team members and support other airport teams as required




Shift Information & Requirements

* Fixed term contract from April to September, 40 hours per week
* Shifts may start as early as 2:30am; flexibility for late and overnight work to accommodate Cove Pod and airport operations
* Reliable transport is essential for early starts and late finishes
