Airport Customer Service Assistant

(30 Hours Part Time, Fixed Term) – Exeter Airport

Become a key part of the Airport Customer Service Team at Exeter Airport

Are you energetic, approachable, and passionate about providing outstanding service in a busy airport environment? Exeter Airport
is seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join our vibrant customer service team. This is a fixed-term role, running from
April to September, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing laws and must have reliable access to transport for early shifts starting from
2:30am.

About the Role

* Greet and assist airport passengers, providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere for travellers and visitors
* Respond to customer queries, offer information about flight times, airport facilities, and local amenities, and direct
passengers as needed
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of airport services, making recommendations and highlighting local attractions
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, restocking information points and ensuring all signage is clear and up
to date
* Follow strict health, safety, and security procedures (full training provided)
* Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team, assisting other airport units as needed




Shift Information & Requirements

* Fixed term contract from April to September, 40 hours per week
* Shifts begin as early as 2:30am; flexibility for late or overnight work to match airport demand
* Access to reliable transport is essential for early starts and late finishes
