Behaviour Intervention Specialist / Teaching Assistant - PRU School
Location: South London
Pay: £95-£115 per day

Contract: Full-time, term time only
Remedy Education are seeking a resilient and experienced Behaviour Intervention Specialist / Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in South London.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with complex behavioural needs, SEMH, and pupils at risk of offending behaviour. The successful candidate will work as part of a specialist team supporting young people who require a highly structured and therapeutic learning environment.
You will play a key role in supporting pupils with high-risk behaviours, delivering targeted intervention programmes, and working alongside senior staff to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

Experience working in a PRU, alternative provision, or SEMH school

Knowledge or experience of MAPPA processes or working with high-risk young people
