To be considered for this position, you will need to have:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field
- Experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum and its implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development
- A valid paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- An enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, which our client will facilitate
