What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and Ofsted inspection frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage nursery staff and daily operations
  • Confidence in maintaining compliance, documentation, and regulatory standards
  • Experience leading successful Ofsted inspections

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and safe operations
  • Maintain compliance with EYFS, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted frameworks
  • Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections, ensuring documentation and standards are inspection-ready
  • Lead and support nursery staff, including supervision, development, and performance management
  • Oversee curriculum delivery, ensuring activities support early years development
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding progress, concerns, and nursery updates
